A wine that is “practically part of his soul”, Pierangelo details its rich history while showcasing the famous casks in his cellar. The pair also discuss running a family business in modern times: Pierangelo is one of nine members of the current fourth generation of this historic winemaking family, six of whom run the wine business and two of whom run hospitality.
